Eric N. Bowman, MD, MPH

Dr. Eric Bowman is an Orthopaedic Surgeon at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, specializing in Sports Medicine and Shoulder Surgery. He is also an Assistant Professor at the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Vanderbilt Health, with extensive experience in treating both adult and adolescent patients. Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Bowman serves as the team physician for the Nashville Sounds baseball team. Due to his involvement with the Sounds, he has treated a number of shoulder conditions ranging from rotator cuff injuries to tendonitis, and ligament strains. However, Dr. Bowman prefers to take a holistic approach when treating patients and is well-versed in non-operative and surgical treatments.
