Grant L. Jones, MD

Dr. Grant Jones is an orthopaedic surgeon and Clinical Professor of Orthopaedics at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. He specializes in shoulder surgery and has extensive experience treating shoulder pathologies non-surgically and through minimally invasive arthroscopic techniques. As an outdoor enthusiast and former collegiate athlete, he is passionate about getting his patients back to the physical activities they enjoy. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Jones is an orthopaedic consultant for Ohio State’s varsity athlete teams and the head team physician for the Columbus Clippers, Columbus Destroyers, and Upper Arlington City School District. He also serves on the editorial board of the American Journal of Sports Medicine and is a reviewer for journals such as Clinical Orthopaedics and Related Research, Journal of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery, and Medicine & Science in Sports Medicine. As a founding member of the Multi-Center Outcomes Network (MOON) Shoulder Group, Dr. Jones has a keen interest in shoulder surgery research, particularly pertaining to shoulder instability, and is excited to participate in the OASIS Trial.
