Robert Waltz, MD

Dr. Robert Waltz is an Assistant Professor at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences and a board-certified Orthopaedic surgeon. He currently serves as both the Head Team Physician and Department head of Orthopaedics and Musculoskeletal Care at the United States Naval Academy and Navy Medical Readiness and Training Unit in Annapolis, Maryland. His research focuses on athletic injuries of the hip, knee, and shoulder with specific interests in early management of ACL injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and shoulder instability.
